Milk

project description

Our goats and sheep are indigenous species. We refrain from breeding animals that are kept only for the production of milk and meat. We use as little milk as possible for our need so that the lambs have enough milk for their own. As a result, only 30-50% of milk remains to us. Our milk production is not economically viable. That's why we drink a little milk that we get consciously and with clean conscience. Lambs breastfeed until they begin to eat fresh, green herbs from our meadows. Only then do we take some milk for us. Lamb is not separated from her mother and it can be felt in our milk. Relaxed and free lambs lead to relaxed mothers with no stress and they give us healthy and high quality milk.
