On 600 000 m2 the Ovium produces healthy and organic food products. It is our target to protect the wildlife in our forests,, and to cultivate our property by the principles of perma cultur. We are focusing on producing honey, milk, cheese and herbs, but fruits and vegetables as well. Our goats and sheeps are kept on free range. The dung they give is the basic to produce Terra Preta. Like this we are closing the natural cycle. A nutritios and healthy soil in combination with very old, not genetically altered, seeding materials, is one of the elements for healhty food products.
